We had some water issues at home that needed professional help. From the start, Mike and his staff were amazing—professional, kind, and truly went the extra mile.
What I appreciated most was how much simpler they made our day-to-day process. Mike kept us informed throughout, answered questions clearly, and worked with us on a schedule that fit our lives. When mold was discovered, he made sure we stayed safe the whole time. That steady communication and care took a lot of stress away and made everything feel much more manageable.
We’re really grateful for the care and effort the whole team put in. I would highly recommend Adkins Property Restoration. Mike and his staff made all the difference.

**Highly Recommend Adkins Property Restoration!**

We had a major water damage emergency in our home (flooded master bedroom and slab leak issues), and Adkins Property Restoration stepped in and handled everything exceptionally well. From start to finish, they went above and beyond what I expected.

The staff was absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and truly caring. They didn’t just do the minimum; they took extra steps to make sure the job was done right and our home was restored properly. Mike in particular kept me informed throughout the entire process, which really helped keep me at ease during a stressful time. They also worked with me to build a flexible schedule so I could adjust my work and personal commitments without everything falling apart.

Thanks to their hard work and great communication, we’re now able to move forward with rebuilding and redesigning our space. I’m genuinely grateful and would recommend Adkins Property Restoration to anyone dealing with property damage. They’re a team you can trust!

I do not give this review lightly, as we had a terrible experience with a remediation contractor prior to working with Adkins. So I know the difference between good and horrible. The first company failed to do proper containment of the mold and destroyed our home by spreading it throughout the house.

Adkins Property Restoration was hired after that to save us. Mike and his team are the real deal. They knew exactly how to handle every situation.

They were beyond amazing! Very thorough, honest and professional. If you ever had a bad experience with a contractor, you will be so grateful if you hire Adkins Property Restoration.

I just can’t say enough about the fantastic amazing above and beyond job they did to help us and do such great work. Thank you !!! Thank you!!!

Mike and Company helped me remediate a property that had mold throughout. He and his team surgically attacked all the problem areas with proper containments and removal procedures. All the drywall was cut out with perfect straight lines such that hanging new drywall will be super easy. I was also pleased that he was able to have the air ducts cleaned by an AC company that actually does it correctly, especially in terms of remediating mold--I've always felt that "duct cleaning" was a scam, but not this time! The house smells amazingly clean after all of the ozone treatment and I couldn't be happier about the professionalism shown on the job,.
